Great Place
The house was clean and nicely furnished with TV and stereo system. The 3 upstairs bedrooms and big downstairs sleeping area fit everyone nicely. Very close to campus. Only drawback was there was only one bathroom, but this is a very minor drawback. Overall, great house and great experience.
Great home, amazing location
Location is unbeatable. It is right behind the Backer and a short walk to the stadium and campus. The house itself is very clean and decorated completely in a Notre Dame motif. The furniture is new and nice. There is a pretty big flat screen TV. With couches, you could sleep 12 people in the house. Although there is only one bathroom, it was clean and new, with plenty of towels available. The kitchen is small, but clean. The backyard is big and a great place to have a BBQ (no BBQ provided) or throw the football around. In terms of "cons", the actual living space in the house is small. It isn't unbearable, but with a house that sleeps 10 people it is tight to have everyone hanging out in the living room. Everything else was just great. In terms of working with "Gameday Housing", they were responsive and helpful when I had questions. I would definitely use them again for my rental needs.
Great House, Great Location
The location of the house was perfect, a short walk to campus and the Backer. House was in great shape and it was very clean. Loved the Notre Dame "flair" in every room. Gameday Housing staff was very responsive and answered all my questions. Will definitely look to rent with them in the future.
