Welcome to my peaceful and friendly neighborhood, which is just minutes from the stadium! The house officially sleeps 5 people, but there is an oversized cozy couch and loveseat that could be slept on. The extra floor room and air mattress makes it easy for you to sleep more! Don't worry about waking up game day morning, there will be baked goods and coffee provided to help fuel your day. 2 TV's, Wifi and electric fireplace, will make this rental your home away from home. Please no pets or smoking.

    Everything exceeded out expectations. Everything went exactly as planned and the house worked perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything one would want for a football weekend with a few guys I would definitely stay again. I appreciate the sticky buns on the morning of game day. Thanks.

    We stayed here for our Daughter's graduation this weekend at Penn State. In all of the years of coming to visit Penn State this was by far our most favorite place to stay. The home is beautiful and has great space and also had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family and very clean! It is also very close to the University and we would highly recommend it! Beaver Stadium

University Park is a college town home to PSU supporting around 30 hotels with the city of State College surrounding it. PSU plays their home games at Beaver Stadium, which has a seating capacity of 107,282, making it the largest stadium in the United States, the largest stadium in North America, and the third largest stadium in the world. Gameday Housing has been actively signing up vacation homes for weekend rentals in State College due to the passionate PSU fans that consistently pack and sell out Beaver Stadium each football weekend.
